Bruce Birch started his agency career 30 years ago working for Dalgetys in Queensland, followed by a move to Smorgans as a buyer before purchasing Wilshire Birch in Tenterfield. The business joined Ray White in 2003 and Bruce remained the owner for 12 years before taking the lead role overseeing livestock transactions for Ray White Rural.
Today Bruce is the Co-Director of Ray White Rural New South Wales, based in Sydney and focusing on large scale rural sales and agribusiness transactions.
Bruce has achieved many individual successes throughout his career which reflect his excellence in client service. He consistently placed in the top five for Livestock Offices, was named the Livestock Marketer of the Year on four occasions, won the Stud Stock Marketing Award, was awarded Property Marketer of the Year on three occasions and attained the elusive Premier Status for Salespeople for six consecutive years.
Bruce is a passionate and accomplished competitor in many equine activities including campdrafts and rodeos. When not working he can be found on his property “Mindoo” East of Tenterfield working cattle and training horses.
